The Freshman interclub race between the three Weld and the two Newell crews held shortly after 4 o'clock yesterday, was won by the First Weld in 8 minutes and 28 seconds. The Second Weld overlapped the First Weld by half a length, and the First Newell was the same distance behind the Second Weld.
