The Hon. Frederick W. Holls of New York will deliver a lecture on the Conference at the Hague in the lecture room of the Fogg Museum, this evening at eight o'clock. Mr. Holls, as a member of the American delegation to the conference, played a very prominent part in bringing about the acceptance by the conference of the Anglo-American proposal for a permanent court of arbitration. The lecture will be open to the public.
