At the house of Professor Briggs, on Friday evening, Feburary 18, a string quartette of undergraduates is to give an open rehearsal for certain invited students and professors. This rehearsal is the first of a series of six or eight which it is hoped will be given for members of the University. The programme for this initial performance is: Mozart, quartette in D. major; Schubert, Andante and Variations from the D minor quartette; Haydn, quartette in G major.
