The dual games between Harvard and Pennsylvania will take place this afternoon at 2.30 on Holmes Field. The teams are very evenly matched and each expects to win by a small margin. Whatever the outcome may be, every second and third place is sure to be of vital importance.
The College band will play during the games, for the first time this spring, and Mr. Lehmann and the 'Varsity crew will be present.
The one mile bicycle race will take place this morning on the Charles River Track. No admission will be charged and the grand stand will be thrown open to all members of the University.
The race will be ridden in two heats, as follows: First heat, Brinckerhoff, H.; Harbeck, H.; Stackhouse, P.; Chatlin P. Second heat, Hurt, H.; White, H.; J. P. J. Williams, P.; H. T. Coates, P.
The track events will be run off at 2.30 in the following order: 120 yards hurdles (trials), 100 yards dash (trials), 440 yards dash (one heat), 120 yards hurdles (final), 100 yards dash (final), mile run, mile walk, 220 yards hurdles (trials), 220 yards dash (trials), 880 yards run, 220 yards hurdles (finals), 220 yards dash finals.

No formal protest has been or will be made to the referee concerning Hoffman, the Penn. sprinter.
The field events will also be begun at 2.30 promptly. The pole vault, high jump and hammer throw will be started together. The shot put will follow the hammer event immediately, and the broad jump will follow the high jump.
