WASHINGTON, D. C., Feb. 5.- Mr. Richard Olney, Secretary of State, has received an invitation from President Eliot to take the Chair of International Law at the Harvard Law School at the end of his present term of office.
Mr. Olney graduated from the Law School with the class of '58.
