The men retained after Saturday's race were out on the river yesterday under the supervision of Mr. Lehmann and Mr. Willis. Marvin '99 who has not rowed since the race of the fours was out again and did pair-oar work with Wadsworth and Brown. The eight was made up as follows:

Stroke, Higginson; 7, Biddle; 6, Perkins '99; 5, Heath; 4, Perkins '98; 3, Coleman; 2, Blake; bow, H. Adams.

Goodrich was not out yesterday but went to New London to discuss the Thames course with Coach Cook and Captain Payne Whitney of Yale. They went over the course on a tug with the New London Regatta Committee and discussed modifications which may be advantageous. Nothing definite was decided, however.

The fall rowing in Cambridge will not last much longer. The eight will be kept on the river as long as weather and water will permit but no very hard work will be done.
