During December and January Mr. Copeland will give several lectures and two readings on "Dr. Johnson, his Friends and the Club'." These will be given in Sever 11 on Thursday afternoons and will be open to the public. The first lecture will be on "Dr. Johnson," December 2. The subjects for the other lectures are: "Boswell's 'Life of Johnson'," "Goldsmith," "Burke," "Garrick," "Fanny Burney," and "Sheridan." The two readings will be: "Selections from Goldsmith," and "Selections from Boswell's 'Johnson'."
