There will be a meeting of the Civil Service Reform Club in Upper Mass. on Thursday night at 7.30, for the election of officers and the consideration of the work of the Club. All those interested are urged to attend. Important changes in the Constitution of the Club will be discussed, and opportunity to join the Club will be given to those who desire to do so. It is hoped that in the open discussion of the work some practical suggestions may be obtained to guide the Club during the coming years.
