Professor Hanus will give two lectures on Education, open to the public, on Tuesday, January 12, and Tuesday, January 19, in Sever 11, at 8 o'clock p. m., as follows:
Tuesday, January 12.- Recent Educational Progress.
Tuesday, January 19.- The Function of the Modern Secondary School.
In connection with the department of Education and Teaching, during the second half-year, a course of lectures on School Supervision, open to all members of the University, will be given by Superintendent S. T. Dutton of Brookline. Mr. Dutton is well known as one of the most progressive and successful superintendents in New England. His lectures will deal with the duties and opportunities of the city superintendent. All members of the University are invited to attend these lectures. Their dates with the times and places will be given later.
