The Harvard Forum will hold a competitive debate for membership on Friday, May 1, in Harvard 1. The question will be:

"Resolved, That the peace policy of the United States renders a large increase in the navy undesirable."

The debate will be opened by F. Dobyns '98 on the affirmative, and W. S. Youngman L. S., on the negative. Speeches from the floor will be limited to five minutes. The debate will begin at 7.30.
