At a meeting of the Democratic Club last evening a constitution for the club was read and adopted. It was voted to make the initiation fee of the club fifty cents. F. Dobyns '98, W. E. Hutton L. S., and W. Byrd '97, were appointed a committee on preparing a shingle. All members of the University interested in the furtherance of Democratic principles may join the club any evening by signing the blue-book in the CRIMSON Office and paying the initiation fee of fifty cents.
