Harvard Forum.

On account of General Walker's lecture the semi-annual competitive debate for membership in the Harvard Forum will be postponed one week. The debate will be held in Harvard 1 on the question: "Resolved, That the principles of the Monroe Doctrine apply to the Venezuelan controversy." All members of the University are cordially invited to speak. The regular debate this week will be on the "Censorship of the Press," as announced in the Calendar.
