Dr. John Fiske delivered the eighth of his series of lectures on the early history of Virginia and the other Southern Colonies last evening in Sanders Theatre.
Dr. Fiske spoke of the general conditions of life in colonial Virginia, both social and political, and gave an interesting account of life on the great plantations.
