The regular debate of the Forum was held last evening in Harvard 1 on the subject, "Resolved, That the power of injunction of the Federal courts should be restricted." G. H. Dorr '97 and W. Soderling '99 spoke on the affirmative and G. Gleason '97 and F. R. Stoddard '99 on the negative. Several men also spoke from the house.

At a business meeting held after the debate, a challenge for a joint debate from the Harvard Union was read and left in the hands of the Executive Committee for action. The committee appointed to draw up a new constitution also made its report.
