Yesterday afternoon a large number of students gathered in Lower Dane to organize a Choral Class. Mr. George Frese, instructor in singing, briefly outlined the work of the class.
The chorus will consist of mixed voices and will meet twice a week in Lower Dane. There will be about twenty-five meetings in all, the fee for the whole course being $3.00. The material which will be taken up has not yet been decided upon.
During the past six months Mr. Frese has studied abroad with some of the best teachers of singing and will bring out many new ideas in the course of the winter.
