At the trial of candidates for the Pierian Sodality last night about ten men presented themselves. The playing was up to the usual standard, but there is still a lack of wood and brass wind instruments, wood especially. Any man in the University who can play a clarinet or bassoon is urged to come out and try. There will be another trial of candidates tonight in Roberts Hall, Brattle square, at 7 o'clock.
