THE CREW IN HARD LUCK.

No Practice for a Few Days on Account of an Epidemic of Sore Throat.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Illness has caused the complete cessation from all practice on the river on the part of all the crews except the sophomores. The 'varsity crew will probably not row for the next few days or until all the men have completely recovered from the epidemic of tonsilitis and sore throat which has evidently overtaken almost all the men rowing on the river.

All the class crews are crippled except the sophomores and it is impossible to tell when all the crews will again be in any condition to begin training again, the hard training which is necessary two weeks before the class races.

Among the 'varsity men Shepard and R. H. Stevenson are the most seriously ill.
