NEW HAVEN, CONN., May 28. - The Yale track athletic team left this afternoon for New York, where it will compete in the annual intercollegiate games at the Berkeley Oval tomorrow. The team is in excellent condition. Richards, the sprinter, is in even better shape than last week at Cambridge and Captain Hickok is likely to make a world's record in the hammer throw. Yale expects to secure 40 points, which should win first place.
