The work on the 'varsity boat house is progressing rapidly. The entire upper room of the building has been divided by a partition into two smaller rooms; one of these has been divided again into rooms for the 'varsity and freshman crews and between these two a bathroom. The other is used as a place to keep the shells.
In the rooms for the 'varsity and freshman crews the lockers have already been put in, 13 for the 'varsity and 9 for the freshman.
In the bathroom there are to be two shower baths and places for 18 men to wash. These have not yet been put in. All the wood work is finished, new floors have been laid and new windows have been cut. No plumbing whatever has as yet been done. When it has once been begun, however, the whole work will probably be finished in about a week.
