Dr. C. H. Cook of Natick lectured last evening on "The Relation of the Medical Profession to Certain Social Conditions." He dwelt on the part which physicians can and should play in educating popular opinion concerning disease. By this means, instead of merely attempting to put right what social conditions have made wrong, the medical profession can strike at the root of the evil by putting right the social conditions themselves.
