The Civil Service Reform Club will hold its annual meeting this evening at 7 o'clock in Lower Massachusetts. There will be an election of officers for the year and any member of the University may join the club at the meeting. The purpose of the club is to hold two public meetings addressed by prominent men and the usual smoke talks. It is proposed to have the smoke talks in college rooms instead of at the Colonial Club as heretofore. This will make them more informal and attractive.
