One of the most interesting addresses of the year will be given by Mayor Bancroft under the auspices of the Republican Club on Monday evening, December 16. The subject of the address, as before announced, will be "Municipal Government," the subject being, of course, viewed from a Republican standpoint. The address will be given in the Fogg Art Museum at 8 p. m. The public will be admitted. The list of ushers will be announced later in the CRIMSON.
