About sixty men turned out for the meeting of the senior class last night. None of the officers were present. However, at the suggestion of some of the members present, H. A. Frothingham took the chair and presided while the class proceeded to reelect last year's officers as follows: Geo. C. Lee, Jr., president; Russell B. Beals, vice-president; George C. Kellogg, secretary and treasurer. The class then dispersed.
Later the secretary and four other members appeared and held another meeting, not knowing of the action of the first. George C. Kellogg presided and the same officers were re-elected as before. As further business, however, a committee, consisting of J. B. Lowell, chairman, A. Dickinson, and R. S. Knapp was elected to make arrangements for holding the annual meeting of the senior class for the election of Class Day officers. The meeting was then adjourned.
