Garber Privately Tells Faculty That Harvard Must Rethink Messaging After GOP Victory
The President of the Yale Gun Club has just received replies to letters written to Harvard and Princeton in regard to the customary fall shoot between the three universities.
The Princeton manager in reply has invited Yale to compete in the shoot at Monmouth Junction, N. J., on Nov. 1, when Harvard and Princeton will meet. Harvard has sent a reply to Yale to the effect that she will not be able to shoot with Yale, as she cannot compete with that University in any branch of athletic sport.
Accordingly the Yale Gun Club has decided to compete in no intercollegiate shoot this fall, and the practice will consequently be omitted in the future.
