The carpenter work in the Hemenway Gymnasium is nearly completed, the only work that remains being the finishing of the lockers and the more delicate work. All the new lockers will be fitted with combination locks, the combinations of which can be changed at will.

The steam-fitters expect to let steam into the pipes in two weeks and to have the work entirely done by the twentieth of November.

The entire building will be lighted by electricity, for which the wires are being put in as rapidly as possible.
