The Harvard Civil Service Reform Club will hold a meeting in Sanders Theatre at 8 p. m., Tuesday, Oct. 18. Mr. Herbert Welsh, the editor of the Philadelphia City and Star will address the meeting on the subject of "The College Graduate and Public Affairs." The meeting is open to the public.
