Glee Club.

Sixty-four men presented themselves as candidates for the Glee Club at the trials held Monday and Tuesday evenings. Of these, thirty-one have been taken on for further trial. The quality of the new voices is up to the average, if not above it, and there is prospect for a very good club in the spring. Rehearsals will begin this week and will continue hereafter through the season.

The following men were chosen:

First tenors: G. E. Hills '97, G. R. Jenkins 1 L. S., A. M. Kales '96, E. M. Waterhouse '97, C. T. Wentworth '94.

Second tenors: A. W. Bancroft '95, F. C. Beebe, Jr., '96, H. I. Bowles Sp., E. L. Bryant '95, E. W. Ryerson M. S., R. C. Thomas '96, A. F. Stevenson '95, W. D. Walker '97, G. M. Busch 2 L. S. S., F. C. Jones '95.

First basses: J. A. Carpenter '97, W. P. Dutton '96, O. M. Eakins Sp., E. P. Fay '96, G. S. T. Newell '95, E. W. Rich Sp. L. S. S., C. Vrooman Sp., W. S. Woods 2 L. S.
