The following named men have been finally agreed upon to serve on the committee which is to plan a reform for college football:
W. A. Brooks of Harvard, Walter Camp of Yale, Alexander Moffatt of Princeton, John C. Bell of Pennsylvania, and Paul Dashiel of Lehigh. The committee will act only with regard to the playing rules of the game and will not attempt to make any rules relating to membership on teams. Its first meeting will occur at the University Athletic Club of New York on February 24.
