The following rules will govern the competitive debate to be held to-morrow night.
1. No one not sitting in the four front rows will be recognized as a speaker.
2. As there will probably be a large number of speakers, the meeting must begin promptly and the main door will be locked at 7.30.
3. No business will be in order. Speaking will begin at 7.30.
4. Speakers must hand to the chairman, before beginning to speak, cards bearing their names and classes or departments.
