Next Thursday at 8.30, p.m. the Hasty Pudding Club's opera, "The Sphinx, or Love at Random," will be repeated for the last time. The performance is given for the benefit of the 'varsity crew, and as the price of tickets is only $1.50, everybody who cares to help the 'varsity crew to that extent, and at the same time see an admirable performance of a tuneful and bright comic opera should buy a ticket.
The performance takes place at the club house of the Hasty Pudding Club on Holyoke street. The management has reason to believe that a number of men in college have a mistaken idea about going to the performance. It is by no means Hasty Pudding men alone who are expected to make up the audience. Everybody who cares to see the performance and help along the crew is very welcome, whether he be a senior or a freshman, a college man or a townsman, a member of the Hasty Pudding Club or not.
