Worcester Games.

Owing to the late hour at which the Worcester games terminated Thursday evening, it was impossible to print the results in yesterday's CRIMSON. Harvard came in for the lion's share of the prizes, winning two first and three second prizes.

In the invitation 40 yard dash, E. B. Bloss '94, scratch, won easily in 4 3-5 s. thus equalling his world's record for this distance. The open 40 yard dash was run in ten trial heats, six of which were won by the following Harvard men: P. T. Jackson '93, 8 ft.; O. W. Shead '93, 3 ft.; A. Johnson, Sp., 7 ft.; E. B. Bloss '94, scratch; F. K. Richardson, D. S., 5 ft.; N. W. Bingham Jr., '95, 4 1-2 ft. In the final heat, P. T. Jackson '93, won second. The 880 yard run called out nine starters and H. C. Lakin '94, with 40 yards handicap, won easily in 2 m. 8 3-5 s. F. M. Sackett Jr., L. S., starting from the 27 yard mark, won second prize in the 440 yard run. In the mile walk, C. R. Bardeen '93, with 15 sec. handicap, got second. This race was won by S. Leipgold, Pastime A. C. from scratch in 7 m. 13 s. The mile team race between the B. A. A. and W. A. C. in which the chief interest of the evening centered was awarded to the former team on account of a foul.
