There are bills outstanding to the amount of $372.95.

The assets amount to $26.50.

There are now three good racing shells and two good working shells in the boat house. The launch is in very poor condition and will have to have a new hull or a new launch will have to be bought, as the present one is unfit for use, even on the Charles River.

The quarters at New London are in good repair having been refitted last year and a new kitchen having been added.
