In the doubles, Read and Johnston beat Sand and Powe, 6-1, 6-2; Lyman and Chase beat Harrison and Endicott, 6-2, 6-3; Gosline and Rhodes beat Coues and Coues, by default; Lyman and Chase beat Gosline and Rhodes, 6-1, 6-4; Page and Leonard beat Hand and Parker, 6-4, 6-3; Paine and Huidekoper beat Page and Leonard, 6-5, 6-4; Boyden and Bradlee beat Dodge and Pier, 5-6, 6-5, 6-2; Thompson and Taylor beat Garland and partner by default; Frothingham Bros. beat Thompson and Taylor 6-3, 6-4.

In the Consolations, Ingraham will play Winslow at 1.30 p. m. The possession of the prize now lies between Winslow, Ingraham and Robinson.
