Prof. Hart's Lecture.

Prof. A. B. Hart will lecture tonight in Sever 11 on the subject, "How a new Congress is organized." He will give an account of the proceedings at the opening of a session such as has just begun in Washington.

Prof. Hart has announced his intention of giving more lectures on kindred topics, not at fixed intervals, but from time to time as subjects of special interest are taken up by the present Congress.
