A meeting was held in Holden Chapel last evening and a Republican Club formed. G. C. Mead, Grad., presided. A committee of four was appointed to draw up a constitution and make out a list of officers to be acted on at a future meeting. The committee consists of G. C. Mead, Grad., R. M. Gillespie '92, R. Jones '92 and J. M. Perkins '92. G. C. Mead was elected temporary president, and A. P. Stone '93, temporary secretary, these two men to secure speakers to appear before the club. A letter from Henry Cabot Lodge was read.

The men were asked to hand their names to the secretary as they left the room and, and a hundred and fifty-one did so.
