The Red and Blue.

A new paper has been started at the University of Pennsylvania which promises to take an important place in college journalism. It is called the Red and Blue and will be devoted mostly to literary articles. The news department will be small as the paper will be published only semi-monthly. A prominent feature will be regular correspondence from Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Columbia. The first number was issued March 1st. The arrangement is neat and the genera appearance good.
