The watches of both judges at the finist of the 220 yards race yesterday were under 22 sec. But as one was 21 4-5 and the other 21 9-10, the time had to be called 22 sec. because no fraction less than 1-8 is used.
Mr. Ford, one of the judges of the Mott Haven games, was in Cambridge yesterday. He said that the 100 yards dash was won by Rogers beyond all cavil. The judges, he said, had no idea of disagreeing in the matter. The decision was only delayed because of the noise made by Yale.
