An important business meeting of the Deutscher Verein was held Thursday evening in 16 Hollis. It was decided to give informal receptions to the gentlemen who have kindly consented to deliver the lectures in the series about to be given under the auspices of the society. Seats will be reserved at the lectures and tickets printed. An assessment was voted by the society to meet all necessary expenses.
In the early part of the evening, Mr. Littell of '90 read the "Bride of Corwith." After business had been transacted, some time was spent in informal discussion before the meeting adjourned.
