About forty of the Andover men in college had their first annual dinner at Parker's last evening. Mr. J. H. Ropes, '89, presided. Principal Bancroft and Professor Comstock of the school were present, and by their effective speeches added much to the pleasure of the occasion. Toasts were responded to by Landon, '92; Lund, M. S.; Sempers, D. S.; Dodge, '91; Lloyd, G. S. School day reminiscences were talked over, and the relations of Andover and Harvard discussed. The dinner was deservedly a success and a happy inaugural of more united relations between the Andover men in college, and through their united action of a stronger hold on Andover men by our University.
