The list of medical students as compiled by the secretary for the catalogue of '88-'89 at the medical school, was received last week. It contains the following data:
The number of students is 274, apportioned to the different classes in the following manner: first or entering class 98; second class, 90; third class, 67; fourth class, 15: graduate department, 2.
In the first class the graduates of Harvard number 14; Boston College, 5; Yale, Amherst, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dartmouth and Holy Cross College, 2 each; Princeton, Williams, College of Ottawa, St. Francis Xavier, Worcester Polytechnic, Massachusetts Agricultural College and Alfred University, 1 each.
The different states represented by the students are: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connectrcut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and California.
