P. S. SEARS STILL HOLDS THE COLLEGE CHAMPIONSHIP.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

On Saturday afternoon, Chase, '91, the winner of the college tournament, played P. S. Sears, '89, for the championship. Sears outplayed his opponent, who was not up to his usual mark, and won easily by a score of 6-1, 6-1, 6-1. Sears, therefore, remains the college champion. The players were frequently hampered by a crowd of small boys who pressed closely upon the courts, though repeatedly told to keep back. It is a pity that the college authorities do not take more care to have strangers kept off the athletic grounds.
