Each Preacher to the university will hold two Sunday evening services during the first half of the year. The other Sundays will be occupied by persons invited by them, viz:-
Right Rev. F. D. Huntington and Rev. A. P. Peabody, D. D., the two preceding Plummer Professors.
President Robinson of Brown University.
Dwight L. Moody.
Rev. Newman Smyth, D. D., of New Haven.
Rev. Geo. H. Greer, D. D., of Providence.
Rev. Chas. H. Parkhurst, D. D.. of New York City.
The first vesper service of the year will be held on Thursday, November 4, at 5 p.m. This service will last half an hour, will be largely musical, will contain an address not exceeding ten minutes in length and will be open to the public.
