About thirty men assembled last evening in Sever 11 in response to the call published in yesterday's issue. Mr. Taussig took the chair on motion of Mr. Cohn. On a motion that a committee of five draft rules to govern the society, the chairman to be the presiding officer, Mr. Taussig appointed the following gentlemen to serve: Messrs. Garrison, chairman, A. C. Coolidge, Thoron, Kalopothakes and Prof. Cohn. Mr. Garrison took the chair. It was voted that meetings be held once in two weeks, the next to be held at the call of the committee who are to decide the date and place for meeting.
