The topic treated sets forth a system of note-taking which may be learned in a short space of time by any student, and which materially diminishes the amount of drudgery attendant upon lecture courses. "Punctuation and Capitalization," is the title given a text-book devoted to the especial consideration of these important branches of rhetoric.
