The grand jury hearing the cases against the Malleys and Blanche Douglass, which has been in session three days, and examined about twenty-five of the forty State's witnesses, will probably come to a finding tomorrow night.

Yesterday, in the Guiteau trial, Davidge delivered a forcible and eloquent speech, bringing out all the salient points in the case, tending to show Guiteau a responsible being. Guiteau has prepared a speech which he wishes to deliver before the jury.
