All-American football player Walter H. Trumbull '15 has been named national vice-chairman of the Divinity School's endowment fund drive, John Lord O'Brian '96, national committee chairman, reported Saturday night.
At the same time O'Brian announced that the endowment fund's executive offices have been moved from New York to Boston, where Trumbull, a former Harvard Club president, will devote all his activities to raising money to revitalize the Divinity School.
So far the drive has raised only $600,000 of its 1954 goal of $4,000,000. The University will contribute $500,000 when the first $2,000,000 is reached and another $500,000 when the $5,000,000 point is hit.
